Return & Refund

  • All products sold by CafeSing LLC are under a one-year warranty (damages caused by human factors are excluded).
  • Please submit your return request within seven calendar days of receiving a faulty product, such as grinders with cosmetic defects. Returns might be denied because the shipping costs for non-U.S. customers are too expensive.
  • Only products purchased directly from CafeSing’s online store can be returned to us. Products purchased through other distributors must be returned by their respective returns and refund policies.
  • Please ensure the returned product is repackaged with all the accessories included when you receive it.
  • A refund request over 7 calendar days from the date you received a product will be refunded partially (80% of the grinder’s price) and might be denied since the product has been overused or damaged.
  • Once a return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product and will refund you through your original payment method within 15 business days from the date we receive the grinder.
