Shipping Order Time

We process the order as soon as we receive it, which usually takes two business days, and then US shipping normally takes 3 to 6 business days; non-US countries normally take 20 business days. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch accordingly.


Shipping Product

We only ship brand-new products and will try to keep items on our site in stock. If exceptional circumstances cause a logistical delay, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order. Suppose you receive a product that is not artificially damaged or functions abnormally. In that case, we will issue a full refund or replacement for this defective product at no additional cost.
Please note that if you wish to order multiple items and ship them to different people, please place these as separate orders.


Tracking Order

After we ship the order, you can track the package via the tracking tool. If the customer cannot be reached or does not accept delivery of the product of these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.
